Given at Minimum, Another 20 Years to Live! No More Water of Dirt in Underground Fuel Tanks!
Written 01 February 2016 by John G. Pohl
Our client had installed these two underground petroleum fuel tanks 50 years ago. Recently, they began taking on water. We made the tanks safe, installed permanent man ways, and then with our specially fabricated Fibre-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) material, we plugging & lined the tanks, giving them at minimum, another 20 years of life. This is a cost-effective option for keeping your fuel supply quality and reputation high in demanding and competitive fuel markets. Call to find out how to get your failed tanks back into business!

Back in Business! No More Water in Underground Fuel Tanks!
Written 14 July 2015 by John G. Pohl
An underground petroleum fuel tank was leaking water. Water entering into petroleum fuel tanks creates chemical reactions which may destroy fuel quality, wreck your customers vehicles and tarnish your service stations reputation for fuel quality. With our Fibre-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) tank plugging & lining process, we can typically get your tank repaired and back into business in under a week. This is a cost-effective option for keeping your fuel supply quality and reputation high in demanding and competitive fuel markets. Call to find out how to get your failed tanks back into business!

Beautiful - the Word We Love to Hear!
Written 03 July 2015 by John G. Pohl
Water was leaking into an underground diesel storage tank, putting the tank out of service. Our client used our tank lining services, which was completed in 4 days, from start to finish, putting the diesel back into fuel service operation with minimal down time.
After plugging and lining this leaking steel underground diesel fuel storage tank, the best word we hear upon completion, was BEAUTIFUL! When the operator of the service station sees clean, water free petroleum product, he couldn't be happier, as the product is back in service straight away...
Leaking Underground Tank Repaired & Lined with Fibre-Reinforced Plastic (FRP)
Written 24 July 2014 by John G. Pohl
Motor spirit leaking from underground tank was removed and cleanup and containment took place on a waterfront marina. We received a call from the marina, with motor spirits leaking out of the sea wall into the harbour. Our initial response involved removing the fuel product from the underground petroleum storage system (UPSS).

After the site was stabilised, we were commissioned to initially open up the tank, clean out and inspect internally. This forensic inspection reveal a small hole inside the tank. The marina then went ahead and authorised plugging and lining of the PULP tank. We use a fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) (also fibre-reinforced polymer), which is is a composite, thermoset material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with glass fibres. Tank lining was completed in 3 days, from start to finish, putting the marina back into fuel service operation with minimal down time.
